Reduced-Price Lunch Application

Important: Atlantic Montessori offers reduced-price lunch at $2.50 per meal (regular price: $5.00) for families who qualify based on federal income guidelines. Completing this application is required for all families — even if you do not expect to qualify.
Note: If your household receives SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR benefits, enter your case number below — you automatically qualify. Otherwise, list all household members and their income to determine eligibility.

List all other people living in your household (including yourself) and their gross income. Total household income must be greater than $0 — enter the actual income for at least one household member. Enter "0" only for members who truly have no income (e.g. young children).
