How to notify your child's classroom that you've arrived for pickup
Open the dismissal page on your phone
Go to amcharterschool.org/dismissal in your phone's web browser. You can bookmark this page for quick daily access.
Enter your child's 3-digit code
Type in the 3-digit number printed on your child's Eagle Bank card. This is the same code your child uses to log into their student account.

Choose Regular or Aftercare, then tap "Notify Classroom"
Select Regular Dismissal or Aftercare below the code, then press the orange button. Your child's classroom (or the Aftercare room) will instantly see your code on their screen and know you've arrived.
Wait in the carline
You'll see a confirmation with your child's name. Stay in your car — your child will be released and brought to you.

Good to know
- Only enter the code once per pickup — if you tap it again, the classroom is already notified.
- The 3-digit code is unique to your child — no login or password needed.
- Don't have your child's code? Contact the front office or ask your child's teacher.
