Before Care
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Supervised before the school day begins
Aftercare — Part-Time
Monday – Friday
Regular Days: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday (Early Dismissal): 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Aftercare — Full-Time
Monday – Friday
Regular Days: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday (Early Dismissal): 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Hands-on, screen-free play — students build puzzles and create with kinetic sand during aftercare.
About the Program
Our Before Care & Aftercare Program provides a safe, structured, and engaging environment where students can learn, play, complete homework, and participate in supervised activities before and after the school day.

- Group activities
- Healthy afternoon snack (Aftercare only)
Students Should Bring
- A labeled water bottle
- Homework (if applicable)
- A book or reading material (optional)
- Any teacher-required classroom materials
Please Note:
- • Students must always be signed out by an authorized adult.
- • Full-Time Aftercare ends promptly at 6:00 PM.
- • Late pick-up fees are outlined in the Tuition & Fee Schedule.

Registration Fee
$35 per student
Non-refundable. Required for every student enrolling in Before Care and/or Aftercare for the 2026–2027 school year. 10% sibling discount on monthly tuition for additional enrolled siblings.

Payment Information
- Monthly tuition due on the first school day of each month.
- Drop-in care billed every Friday for the previous week.
- All payments charged to the card on file.
- Late fee added if payment not received within 7 days after due date.
- $25 returned payment fee applies.
Late Pick-Up Policy
All aftercare students must be picked up no later than 6:00 PM.

Beforecare & Aftercare Enrollment Packet
This packet is for the Beforecare & Aftercare Program only — it is not the school enrollment application.
Download the 2026–2027 Beforecare & Aftercare Enrollment Packet, complete all sections, then upload your completed packet below. The packet includes parent/student info, program selection, tuition agreement, authorized pick-up, emergency contacts, medical information, photo release, and liability waiver.
You may also email your completed packet directly to documents@amcharterschool.org or drop it off at the campus front office.
