Elementary (K-5)
Our elementary program serves grades K-5 through a Montessori-inspired curriculum paired with our signature MicroSociety program — where students run their own economy, government, and businesses.

Registration Packet Checklist
Mark each item off as you complete it. Return this checklist with your packet to the front office. Once all required paperwork is processed and if openings are available, we will contact you to sign the acceptance letter within 3 to 5 business days.
Parent/Guardian Agreement
By enrolling, parents agree to:
- Fulfill my volunteer commitment of 30 hours per student
- Actively support the school-wide change of color discipline chart
- Monitor my student's schoolwork and homework regularly
- Maintain a suitable work environment at home
- Maintain regular communication with teachers and administration
- Insist that my student arrives on time to school every day
- Enforce and support school-wide dress code/uniform policies
Student Agreement
Students agree to:
- Consistently obey all rules of conduct without exception
- Treat administration, teachers, students, parents, and staff with respect
- Communicate with my parent/guardian regularly about my work
- Participate in AMCS's academic and social programs to the best of my ability
- Always follow up on all assignments, complete homework on time, and meet deadlines

Application Requirements
Required for All Students
- Completed enrollment application, submitted online.
- Proof of Broward County residency.
- Immunization and health records prior to the first day of school.
Elementary (K-5) Requirements
- Proof of student age (birth certificate) — kindergarten applicants must turn 5 by September 1st.
- Acknowledgment of the 30 volunteer hours per school year family commitment.
Registration Document Checklist
Gather these documents to complete registration. Bring originals to the campus office — copies will be made on site.
Required for All Students
- Completed Student Registration Form
- Completed Emergency Contact Card
- Proof of Broward County residency (utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement)
- Child's original birth certificate (copy retained by school)
- Current immunization record (Florida DH 680 form)
- Current physical exam record (Florida DH 3040 form)
Elementary (K-5) Additional
- Most recent report card (transfer students only)
- Previous school records / transcript request
- Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan, if applicable
- Parent volunteer hour commitment acknowledgment (30 hours/year)
