Read the Code of Student Conduct and sign electronically to acknowledge it. Required for all families.

Required by Broward County Public Schools (McKinney-Vento Act). Complete this short questionnaire about your child's housing situation. Only families experiencing housing instability need to complete the full form — all families must submit.

Required by the National School Lunch Program. AMCS does not offer free lunch, but offers reduced-price lunch ($2.50) for families who qualify based on federal income guidelines. All families must complete this application.
