Dr. Monica Duenas

Our Location

Dr. Monica Duenas is an accomplished educational leader with more than 25 years of experience serving students, educators, and families across elementary, secondary, and higher education. Throughout her career, she has taught every grade level from first grade through college, providing her with a unique perspective on student development and educational excellence at every stage of learning.

Recognized as a Florida High Impact Teacher, Dr. Duenas has dedicated her career to creating engaging learning environments where students thrive and educators are empowered to succeed. Her experience spans classroom instruction, educational leadership, curriculum development, instructional coaching, teacher mentoring, and school improvement.

In higher education, Dr. Duenas served in a leadership role within a teacher education program, where she mentored aspiring educators, guided teacher candidates through certification and graduation, and helped prepare future teachers for successful careers in education. This experience further strengthened her passion for developing exceptional educators who positively impact the lives of children.

Dr. Duenas holds three degrees from Nova Southeastern University, including advanced studies in Education and Organizational Leadership. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in servant leadership, continuous improvement, innovation, and a steadfast belief that every child deserves an exceptional education.
