How to Access the Portal
Go to the Employee Portal
Visit amcharterschool.org/employee-portal from any device — phone, tablet, or computer. You can also find it from the school website menu under Employee Portal.
Sign In with Your PIN
Enter your Staff ID and PIN. Don't have a PIN? Click Register and use the staff code your administrator gave you. Forgot your PIN? Use the Reset PIN link on the login page.

See every walkthrough your administrator has shared with you. Click any walkthrough to view the full record — domain ratings, evidence notes, observer comments, and target goals for your next visit.
Walkthrough Ratings Explained
Each indicator gets one of three marks: + (demonstrated effectively), / (partially or not demonstrated), or — (not observed this visit). A walkthrough is a snapshot, not a full evaluation.

What's Expected in Every Classroom
Our observations are based on the FCPCS framework — four domains, each with specific indicators:
Domain A
Instructional Design & Lesson Planning
Standards alignment, lesson sequencing, differentiation, formative assessments
Domain B
The Learning Environment
Time/space management, high expectations, behavior management, respect & fairness
Domain C
Instructional Delivery & Facilitation
Subject knowledge, clear goals, real-life connections, varied strategies, higher-order questioning
Domain D
Assessment
Data analysis, aligned assessments, progress monitoring, sharing results with students & parents

- ✓ Check your walkthroughs after each observation — review the evidence and target goals right away.
- ✓ Use the Success Guide to plan lessons — ask yourself which indicators you're targeting today.
- ✓ A walkthrough is a snapshot, not a judgment — "not observed" doesn't mean "not doing it."
